Thank you for using the Block Mania service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of various Block Mania services and outline the relationship between TB TECH LAOS CO. LTD (hereinafter “TB TECH”), which provides the Block Mania services, and its service members (hereinafter “members”) or non-members. They explain the terms of service and include useful information that may assist you in using the Block Mania service.
By using TB TECH services or registering as a TB TECH service member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the related operational policies. Please take a moment to review them carefully.
TB TECH operates and manages the Block Mania service, a subscription-based mining pool product that provides a solution for mining XP (Xphere), which is developed by Seoul Labs Co., Ltd. and issued on the blockchain network.
Information about the cryptocurrency associated with the subscription-based mining pool product is as follows:

TB TECH provides various services through Block Mania, including membership registration, purchase application, withdrawal request, and information search via TB TECH's domain websites and applications (apps). You can freely access Block Mania services using any device capable of internet connectivity, such as PCs and mobile phones. Specific details about individual services can be easily found in announcements and on the TB TECH web customer service (hereinafter referred to as "Customer Service") bulletin board. Block Mania primarily offers the same content services to all users. However, in compliance with relevant laws such as the Civil Law Article 9,12, of the JUVENILE PROTECTION ACT, minors, persons under limited guardianship or adult guardianship, and individuals who lack the mental or other capacities to logically process their affairs, as well as those whose membership has been terminated due to violations of TB TECH’s Code of Ethics and Conduct Guidelines, are prohibited from using TB TECH's services. For more details, please refer to the announcements, customer service bulletin board, and help sections.
While the primary terms and conditions apply to the Block Mania service, there may be instances where TB TECH needs to implement additional terms, conditions, or operational policies to cater to the diverse range of services it provides. Furthermore, certain services offered by TB TECH affiliates may also be subject to their own unique terms and operational policies as determined by the respective operating companies. Please refer to the specific services for such details.
By registering as a member, you can enjoy more convenient access to Block Mania services. You may apply for membership after reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions. TB TECH will complete the membership registration process by approving your application and granting you a Block Mania service account (hereinafter referred to as "Account"). An Account refers to the unit of identification established for each member to manage the history of services utilized by the member after logging into the Block Mania service.
Members can use a wider variety of Block Mania services more conveniently through their Account. For detailed information, please refer to the Block Mania membership registration guidelines.
We take the protection of your personal information seriously. Block Mania collects and uses your personal information solely within the scope and purpose to which you have consented, ensuring that it is securely managed and stored in compliance with relevant privacy laws by the developer of XPHERE, Seoul Labs Co., Ltd.
You can review the efforts made by TB TECH to ensure the safe handling of Block Mania members' personal information, as well as other specific details, in our Privacy Policy.
If you do not log in or have no business activity for a certain period, TB TECH may, after prior notice via email or other appropriate electronic means, delete or store your information separately. If this results in a lack of essential information required to provide the service, TB TECH may be compelled to terminate the relevant service agreement.
Please be aware of a few important guidelines when using the Block Mania service. TB TECH is committed to ensuring that you can use the Block Mania service freely and conveniently. However, to ensure that you use the service safely and that your rights are respected and protected, we require your cooperation and adherence to the following conditions. Your access to the site or use of the Block Mania service may be restricted in the following cases, so please review and comply with these guidelines:
You must not provide false information such as your name, phone number, etc., when registering for an account. Please ensure that the information registered under your account is always accurate and up to date.
You must not sell, transfer, lease, or pledge your account to others, nor permit others to use it. Furthermore, you must not use another person's account without their permission.
You must not attempt to register as a Block Mania service member, log in to the Block Mania service, post content, collect information (such as email addresses), or use the Block Mania service in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose by using automated means (e.g., macro programs, robots, spiders, scrapers, etc.) without the prior consent of TB TECH.
Additionally, you must not engage in any activities aimed at circumventing or disabling technical measures related to the Block Mania service (e.g., continuously changing IP addresses to gain access, bypassing or disabling Captcha mechanisms through external solutions, etc.).
TB TECH operates within the scope of these terms and conditions, establishing system operation policies, individual service-specific terms or policies, service guidelines, announcements, and customer support resources to ensure you have a stable and seamless experience. Should it be necessary to restrict service usage, TB TECH will follow reasonable procedures.
If you violate applicable laws, these terms, or system operation policies while using services provided by TB TECH, your access to the service may be restricted. However, this does not imply that TB TECH is obligated to review all your activities on the site. Furthermore, if you fail to comply with relevant laws, these terms, or system operation policies, TB TECH reserves the right to review your activities and, based on the findings, may issue warnings regarding your use of the Block Mania service. Depending on the severity of the violation, TB TECH may partially or fully, temporarily or permanently suspend your access to the Block Mania service and restrict withdrawals.
In cases where it becomes evident that the continuation of the Block Mania service contract is untenable despite such restrictions, TB TECH may be compelled to terminate the service contract with you. Except in cases involving clear legal violations or urgent matters requiring immediate action to prevent risk or harm to others, TB TECH will adhere to the principle of imposing service restrictions in a gradual manner. If TB TECH finds it necessary to permanently suspend your access to the service due to a clear legal violation, any points or other benefits accrued through your use of the service will be forfeited without compensation.
TB TECH will compensate you for any damages incurred due to the intentional or negligent actions of TB TECH during your use of the Block Mania service, in accordance with applicable laws. However, TB TECH shall not be liable for any damages resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, or from circumstances beyond TB TECH's control, including any damages arising from your own intentional actions or negligence that prevent you from using the services.
Even in cases where TB TECH is liable for damages, the company shall not be responsible for any unforeseeable, special, indirect, or punitive damages, unless otherwise specifically provided by relevant laws. Additionally, TB TECH shall not be liable for any damages arising from exchanges of opinions, transactions, or interactions between you and other members, or between you and non-members, facilitated through the Block Mania service. This also includes any damages incurred from trusting materials, announcements, or content that appear to be associated with TB TECH but are not officially distributed by TB TECH.
You may terminate your Block Mania service agreement at any time. Members may request to terminate their service agreement and withdraw their membership at any time, and TB TECH will process such requests without delay in accordance with relevant laws and regulations. Upon termination of the Block Mania service agreement, all data associated with the member's account will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered, except in cases where TB TECH is permitted to retain such information under applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.
For matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and for the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the individual service operation policies established by the company, along with relevant laws such as the 「ACT ON THE CONSUMER PROTECTION IN ELECTRONIC COMMERCE, ETC」, the 「REGULATION OF STANDARDIZED CONTRACTS ACT」, and the 「PERONSAL INFORMATION PROTECTION Act」 shall apply.
TB TECH may establish separate policies (hereinafter referred to as "Operating Policies") for matters delegated by these Terms and Conditions within specific limits to protect members' rights and maintain order within the service.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, members acknowledge that they are subject to the individual operating policies of each mining service and any additional services provided.
Operating Policies
1. Prohibition of Inducement and Enticement Between Centers or Groups: Members are strictly prohibited from enticing or inducing other members, who are not part of their center or group, to transfer or make changes to join their own center or group for any reason.
2. Prohibition of Business Solicitation and Inducement Outside of TB TECH: Members must not promote, solicit, or sell services not provided by TB TECH or business opportunities outside of TB TECH to other members. Additionally, members are prohibited from utilizing the relationships, platforms, or locations they have become aware of through their involvement with TB TECH to promote or sell any business or services unrelated to TB TECH.
3. Prohibition of Spreading False Information and Rumors: Members must not generate or disseminate false information or rumors concerning services provided by TB TECH, or any person, institution, organization, or company associated with TB TECH. Members are also prohibited from communicating such misinformation, whether orally, in writing, or electronically (including via SNS), to other members or non-members, and from altering or spreading any content that has not been officially approved or released by the company.
4. Prohibition of Impersonating the Company: Members must not impersonate any company representatives, officials, or specific individuals, nor disseminate any information other than what has been officially provided by the company.
5. Protection of the Rights of Service Representatives: Members must refrain from any form of verbal, physical, or non-contact (including via telephone, email, bulletin boards, or SNS) violence against service representatives or employees who are working to provide services on behalf of TB TECH.
Continuously making requests regarding matters that cannot be processed may be considered an obstruction of business.
6. Prohibition of Personal Information Breaches: Members must strictly maintain the confidentiality of any personal information of non-members or other members that they learn during the course of TB TECH business activities. Members must not use another individual's information without their consent or beyond the scope of the consent given. Furthermore, any information obtained through TB TECH business activities must not be used for purposes other than TB TECH business or shared with third parties.
7. Honest Business Conduct: Members must always approach their business activities with honesty and diligence. When discussing TB TECH business opportunities or marketing plans, members should only provide objective and accurate information as supplied by TB TECH. All business activities conducted by a member must be personally performed by the member, who has been approved by TB TECH.
8. Deduction from Dividends and Commissions: TB TECH will pay various dividends and commissions to members in accordance with the rules of the marketing plan. If a member has outstanding debts due to reasons such as withdrawal or refunds from business activities within the centers or groups registered in Block Mania, TB TECH reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amount from the dividends, commissions, re-payments, or refunds due to the member.
9. Applications and Decision-Making: Members make their own decisions regarding applications, registrations, and investments related to TB TECH's business. TB TECH does not guarantee the principal of any investments related to its business.
10. Contract Termination (Cancellation, Refund): Due to the nature of the products, once purchased, the product is immediately subject to mining and settlement processing, making contract termination impossible unless all assets (including cryptocurrencies) generated from the purchase have been fully recovered. However, the following cases are eligible for contract termination:
- When all assets generated from the purchase have been recovered by the company.
- When a refund is processed directly by transferring the ownership to a third party
- When it is confirmed that the payment was made using stolen or unauthorized information.
Contract termination will proceed after TB TECH verifies the details.
During this process, the company may require additional information or supporting documents related to the payment to confirm the exact reason for the withdrawal of the offer (cancellation of payment).
11. Prohibition of Security Breach: Members must not engage in abnormal access or any activities that could harm the company.
In cases where the above conditions are violated, the company may impose usage restrictions and withdrawal limits on the member. Additionally, the member may submit supporting documentation through an appeal process to seek relief. Any personal information included in the supporting documentation submitted during the appeal process is considered to be provided with the member's consent.
TB TECH is committed to providing stable and reliable services 24/7 throughout the year. However, in cases where there are significant operational reasons such as maintenance, inspection, replacement, or malfunction of computer and server systems, or communication disruptions, it may be necessary to suspend all or part of the services.
TB TECH may also modify or change all or part of the services if deemed necessary for service operation or improvement. Unless otherwise specified by relevant laws, no separate compensation will be provided if the services are modified or changed.
In cases where changes are predictable, TB TECH will provide advance notice for a substantial period. If the situation is unpredictable, TB TECH will provide detailed explanations and notifications as soon as possible. We are committed to clearly communicating key updates and listening to your valuable feedback. TB TECH will make every effort to provide timely notifications about important matters related to service use. Notifications to members will be communicated individually via email, contact number, or other appropriate electronic means. However, if notification to all members is required, we will post relevant information on the website or in announcement section for a period of at least 7 days. TB TECH values your feedback and is dedicated to addressing your concerns.
The Block Mania service is primarily governed by these terms and conditions. However, due to the unique characteristics of each individual service, additional terms and operational policies may be applied. In cases where separate terms or operational policies differ from these terms, policies, and account and posting guidelines in relation to the provision of a specific service, the separate terms or policies will take precedence. Please review these details on the initial screen of each individual service.
This document is considered the official version in English.
In connection with these terms and conditions, the laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern any relationship between you and TB TECH, or the Block Mania service.
In the event of any disputes arising between members and TB TECH in connection with these terms or the Block Mania service, such disputes will be resolved in accordance with the 「CIVIL PROCEDURE ACT」 of the Republic of Korea.
Effective Date: Immediately upon registration.
